first we need to create header with position and person type. And save it.
Custom Fields
Now you have the header here in the custom fields, here choose it and add the type of the option that you are adding, like text input., checkbox, drop down, etc. and save it.
if its drop down you need to connect the options with picklist and it will work on for you.
