KaanBook Terms of Use

KaanBook helps small businesses create invoices, estimates and receipts, record payments, track stock and view reports. It is provided free of charge. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — business details, GSTINs, tax rates, prices and amounts — and for the invoices and documents you issue with the app.
• GST and other tax calculations, return summaries and due dates are provided to help you. They are not tax or legal advice. Check your filings with a qualified professional before submitting them to any authority.
• Use the app only for lawful business purposes, and only send invoices, reminders and messages to people you have a business relationship with.

Your records are stored on your phone. You are responsible for keeping backups: if you uninstall the app, clear its storage, or lose or reset your phone without a backup, your data cannot be recovered by us. How we handle information is described in the KaanBook Privacy Policy.

Sign-in with Google, WhatsApp, email, SMS, UPI apps and the optional TamilAccounting service are provided by their own operators under their own terms. KaanBook does not process payments; UPI payments happen in the payer’s UPI app.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available.

To the extent permitted by law, Kvcodes Software Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit, or tax penalties arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
