You can print tokens, receipts, invoices,  and also responsive, mobile supported. Let's take each features and how its working with our system. This system little bit similar to the features of items, reports customers with our POS module. But the concept of billing differs like this one works for the restaurant level and the other one helps like the retail and super market level. 

KOT helps you to manage your Restaurant based operations such as Table management, Where from the Backend you can manage your no of tables. And based on that the table plan list appears in the window.  Takeaways, This actually helps to make tokens for customers and also delivery receipt on your kitchen order management,  Whenever you make an order you need to print the receipt on kitchen. so it will be provided to the customer when the food has been packed.  The last feature is Door deliveries, which is like you can manage your restaurant orders to delivery, or you can also connect with other order management software link and you can perform the orders and deliveries in it.

Table Plan

The table plan helps you to serve within the restaurant for the customers who orders and sit in your restaurant to eat food.  you will be having number for each tables. And based on that table number, your staff will handle the orders like they pick the table and ask the customers to order the food and they will make a entries of orders. and also once they click save order, this will be also notified on cash counter and all other connected devices. When the customer finished eating, you can press the receipt button to print the receipt. if your receipt device has been connected with printer, you can print the receipt and hand it order to the customer.  They will either pay you, or they will directly goto cash counter and perform the payment, Here for the payment, you have multiple options like cash only, pay later, split payment, and you can choose the payment and collect and finish that order, and the table become available to book new customer.

TakeAway

When a customer wants to take away your food. They will visit your restaurant and order the foods as takeaway. You can collect his food details and put them in a takeaway, and it will be printed a token number.  With the help of token number, the customer can collect food once its packed from the kitchen team.  When its collected you can perform payment or you can collect payment before they collect food. Here also Receipts provided.

Door Deliveries

When a customer orders through phone,  and provide his address details for delivery of the food. or they ordered through the third party order management people.  Those order we have to put in the Door delivery section.,  By providing the customer information and also his client information, along with note of customer, if they told anything extra. we have to add that to kitchen. so the order will be fulfilled with that changes requested by customer.   We also have delivery man section.  but it has to be tested with realtime scenario in better.  But we coded that delivery man section to perform cash on delivery as well.

You can have our demo try it out. And also we will provide video reference soon, Which will help you to understand the whole process of our Application. And you can use it very well with it. Installation is quite similar to our POS. First you need to have your FA installed and ready. And you need to provide your config_db.php to our KOT/ERP/config_db.php and than begin the installation of KOT. After installing it. login to the backend and press *Update Company* there you need to update the respective company to work with kot level of changes in the database.

Pusher

This system has been using the Pusher  for sending notifications accross the device.  So if you are using the notification you need this to be connected with pusher.  In order to use pusher you can't host this application on localhost., it has to be hosted on a website. So the push notifications reached your devices logged in. So compare the pusher plans and use it based on your needs.
